Starting at the foot of the mountain at an elevation of 250 feet, peddle up the mountian
1.7 miles to an elevation of 815 feet.  Moving average speed was 2.8 mph,  taking 11.41 mins.
in breaks and completing the climb in 48 mins. total time.

11 Mile Bike Ride around Spring Lake (Park)  2/27/2010

Spring Lake Park   is located between  Annadel California State Park and the City of Santa Rosa Howarth Park
A 320-acre park that features a 72-acre lake with  miles of paved and off-road dirt tails for biking, hiking and horseback riding.

Starting at J.'s house ( at the blue triangle pointer ) and returning to the same location.
Traveled  to/from the park using the same path,   Entered Howarth Park and passed  Lake Ralphine before circling Spring Lake.
Traveled on bike 10.8 miles at an average moving speed of 7.1 mph.
 Total trip time including stops (traffic, walk lights, lunch ) 1 hr. 37 mins. which reduced the overall speed to 6.6 mph.

15 Mile Bike Ride  2/12/2010

Starting at J.'s house ( at the blue triangle pointer ) and returning to the same location.
Traveled 14.8 miles while overlapping some of the route with an average moving speed of 7.4 mph.
Moving time was 2 hours with 47:16 mins. for stops (traffic, walk lights, lunch ) which 
reduced the overall speed to 5.3 mph.
