This storm exceeded expectations.
The hills with creeks with limited road access
was a hindrance.
No area cell towers with only Wi-Fi access
limited local communications.
SKYWARN local spotters had not been dispatched.
This was the worse time of night over a Holiday
weekend for a flood incident.
